Learn the art of pruning grape vines with Francois Malan
Viticulturist, Francois Malan will teach guests the basics of vine pruning and take you through the architecture of the vine with a practical demonstration in the prized Simonsig vineyards followed by a wine tasting.
Francois Malan is responsible for the farming operations of the whole Simonsig Estate, so being led by him in the art of pruning is a lesson well learnt.
