On Arrival: Champagne Cocktail

Starters: Sushi platter - Chef’s selection of salmon, tuna, white fish, prawn & crab uri maki and sashimi OR Tuscany Salad - Mozzarella, tomato, avocado on salad greens served with our delectable basil and olive oil dressing, garnished with pesto OR Bouillabaisse - Prawns, calamari, fresh mussels and line fish slowly casseroled in a vegetable stock OR Prawn Cocktail - Mozambique prawns and Norwegian shrimps, lightly steamed and served with melon, avocado, pineapple, cucumber & tomato, on a bed of lettuce in a home-made seafood dressing.

Main Course: Sushi Platter - Chefs selection of salmon , tuna ,white fish , prawn , ura maki inside out rolls & sashimi served with shredded daikon, wasabi & pickled ginger OR Steak Diane - Fillet Steak grilled to your liking, topped with three tiger prawns and a creamy garlic sauce, flavoured with Worcester sauce, brandy & cracked black peppercorns OR A Langoustines and King Prawns Platter grilled in lemon butter OR Seafood Platter - A fresh crayfish, king prawns, tender baby Patagonian calamari tubes grilled in lemon butter, grilled line fish served on a bed of rice OR Fettuccine Prima Vera - Chefs selection of spring vegetables tossed in cream or olive oil.
