• Smoked Salmon Mille Feuille: Smoked Salmon, Mizuna, Lemon Aioli and Crispy Pastry layered together with Classic Cocktail Sauce and bordered by Balsamic Treacle

Starter:

• Fresh West Coast Oysters: 6 Large Oysters served on Crushed Ice with Pickled Chilli and Onion Salsa, Tabasco Sauce, Fresh Lemon Wedges and Black Pepper

• Buffalo Mozzarella Salad: with Ripe Plum Tomatoes, Fresh Basil Leaves, Baby Herb Leaves and Coriander Pesto

Sorbet:

• Fynbos Sorbet: wild Mint, Lemon and Fynbos Honey Sorbet in a Chinese Spoon

Main Course:

• New Year’s Prawns: 9 Black Tiger Prawns served with Spicy Basmati Rice, Piri-Piri Sauce, Lemon Butter Sauce, Garlic Butter Sauce, Fresh Lemon and a Side Green Salad

• Char Grilled Fillet of Beef Medallions: served with Sweet Potato Dauphinoise, Turned Grilled Vegetables and Mustard Jus
