New Year’s Eve Menu:
1st Course: Tuna Carpaccio with teppanyaki sauce OR Mixed green salad of berries, goat’s cheese & honey hazelnuts OR Trio of Salmon - Gravadlax, smoked, frivolite OR Beef Carpaccio with balsamic cream.
2nd Course: Blood Orange Sorbet
3rd Course: Blueberry Bourbon Fillet OR Tiger Giant Prawn Platter OR Duo of venison – pepper crust & biltong dusted, Rosemary jus OR Seafood platter for one - a selection of prawns, crayfish tail, calamari, line fish served with table vegetables, choice of steamed rice or thin cut fries, and choice of sauces.
4th Course: Mango & Granadilla Meringue Nest OR Dark chocolate beignets with choc chilli ice cream.
5th Course: Cheese & Fruit platter, served with a glass of Klein Constantia Vin de Constance.
