Pull-on your favourite yoga pants, roll out your mat, grab a beer (or let’s be honest, whatever you have left), and find your inner zen with Beerhouse's beer yoga class every Friday at 6:15pm.
BEER AND YOGA: AN UNLIKELY PAIR?
When most people think of beer, yoga is probably not what comes to mind as a follow-up thought.
Although the origin story of this trend is unclear, beer yoga is starting to hit the South African craft beer and yoga scene, and we're not complaining. The practice merges two great loves, beer and yoga, to create a light-hearted, energized experience.
TRY NOT TO SPILL YOUR BEER
Follow along with experienced instructors as they lead you through a yoga flow while you try to balance and sip your beer.
The class is free for anyone to join over Zoom (use the meeting ID: 677 411 747) and all donations are welcome to support the Beerhouse feeding scheme. You can donate to the #YellowFund to support.
