Hout Bay Sandcastle Competition
Bring your buckets, spades and team spirit to Hout Bay Beach
South Africa’s favourite sandcastle competition is celebrating its 13th year with an event promises to be the biggest and best that South Africa has seen.
This action-packed morning will be full of entertainment for the whole family! Enjoy sandcastle sculpting, pony rides, jumping castles, face painting, balloon artists, magicians, DJs and tasty eats to name a few!
Registration opens at 8.00 am at the Chapman’s Peak side of Hout Bay Beach and sandcastle building starts at 9am. With great team categories such as Family, Corporate, Inter School and Estate Agents the competition will be fair and fierce in the race to win some amazing prizes!
Entry for the competition is R20 per Adult and R10 per Child. All monies raised go towards Hout Bay’s Valley Pre-Primary School and the under privileged schools within the Hout Bay community.
So gather the family, sunscreen and your creative spirit and head to Hout Bay Beach on Saturday March 28th to take part in South Africa’s favourite sandcastle competition.
