Get Fit for Free at the V&A Waterfront
Make getting fit fun (and free) this summer with this super series of classes
If joining a gym is too expensive and you’re lacking the funds, inspiration and willpower necessary to achieve that elusive summer bod then don’t despair! The V&A Waterfront has teamed up with Virgin Active, Adventure Boot Camp and Kranking Fitness Studio to bring you a series of free exercise classes, from Tuesday, 9 February, until Saturday, 30 April 2016.
Combining fab fitness routines with astonishing city views and inspiring gym gurus to boot(camp), the classes cover a range of disciplines, from yoga and pilates, to spinning, zumba and more. Everyone’s welcome, no matter whether you’re a toned gym bunny or a slightly sluggish couch potato – the idea is for the events to cater for all levels of fitness. Additionally, there’ll be free health screenings and demonstrations, so you’ll have everything you need to be fighting fit in 2016.
The classes will take place at the Croquet Lawn or Pierhead, and you need to register online to attend via Active.waterfront.co.za.
