5th Annual Franschhoek Christmas Market

After a greatly successful festive season in 2008, the 5th annual Franschoek Christmas Market is about to take place in the Municipality Hall once again in 2009.

The market will stretch over eight days, from Friday 30 October to Sunday 8 November 2009. The market hours are from 9:00 to 18:00 Weekdays and 11:00 - 16:00 on Weekends.

The eight day market will showcase crafters from all over the Western Cape, who will exhibit their handcrafted products. Come and have a very unique shopping experience – buy some very unique gifts from garden furniture for Barbie to African games to chocolates for a sweet tooth – something to tickle every fancy.

Spend the day, enjoy light meals or something to drink in beautiful Franschhoek. Lots of free parking under shady trees is available, as well as clean rest rooms for your comfort.
