Food Barn Christmas Menu:
Amuse bouche
Cape rock lobster gratinated with 12 month mature gruyère, finished with a “Vin de Constance” and tarragon cream
Seared Norwegian salmon with marjoram, “chèvre” crust and green asparagus, finished with a smoked Hollandaise sauce
Boozie drinking sorbet
Springbok grilled and served with chestnut & potato fondant and truffled courgettes, finished with a rich sauce “Poivrade”
White chocolate and cardamom Panna cotta, meringue disc and summer berries mousse, finished with a Madagascan vanilla crème Anglaise
Coffee & mince pies

Amuse bouche
Crispy tempura prawns served with a delicious creamy sauce
Drinking sorbet
Grilled line fish served with mash, courgettes and mild fontina sauce OR Grilled beef fillet with sautéed potatoes and courgettes, finished with a yummy beef jus
Traditional chocolate and meringue “bûche de Noël” rolled in soft almond biscuit, finished with crème Anglaise and vanilla ice cream
Mince pies
