Father's Day Lunch Aboard a Floating Restaurant
Make Dad feel like a kid again when you take him for lunch aboard a ship!
The C.S.S. Cable Restorer is a cable repair ship built by Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson at the Neptune Works, Newcastle-on-Tyne. She was one of five sister ships built between 1939 and 1945.
From 1994 to 1998 she was home to 200 boarders from Simon’s Town Maritime school, and is now the spectacular venue of the “Roaring Forties Restaurant”.
Here’s your chance to hop aboard the C.S.S. Cable Restorer and enjoy a fine Father’s Day lunch in the ship’s Roaring Forties Restaurant.

Starters: Middle Eastern Chicken & Lentil Broth OR Warm winter grilled vegetable salad
