WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO FLY AIR FRANCE
WHITE CHRISTMAS, ROMANTIC VALENTINE’S + MORE
December to February is France’s low season. This means that travelling for occasions like Christmas, Valentine’s Day and school holidays with the 15% discount will be even more affordable.
Bucket list sights to see include the Eiffel Tower. Imagine the light show that sees it sparkle for 5 minutes every hour from sundown with the background of Christmas snow, or the extravagant displays at Champs Elysées where over 1 million bulbs are hung on the trees.

There’s also the Magie de Noël Christmas Market, with an ice skating rink and stalls selling traditional festive fare like roasted chestnuts, raclette (melted cheese), crêpes and vin chaud (mulled wine). Or welcome in the New Year (or the most romantic Valentine’s Day) with dinner in the Eiffel Tower overlooking the City of Love and Light.
Air France flies to over 100 destinations across the world, so you could also see New York’s Rockefeller Centre Christmas Tree Lighting or the ball drop in Times Square on New Year's Eve. In RovaNiemi in Finland, the official hometown of Santa Claus, you can cross the Arctic Circle daily at Santa Claus Village for magical family memories.

EAT MEALS FROM MICHELIN STAR CHEFS
Air France's aircrafts exude French charm and excellence the moment you step on the plane; it’s one of the reasons why the airline has remained legendary. The interiors embody iconic French design as some of the brightest talents have designed Air France’s aircraft and lounges.
Notable names include Charlotte Perriand and Jean Prouvé (iconic French designers and architects) and more recently Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance (winner of Best Design award by Time Out).

This goes for the cuisine, too. France is one of the gastronomic hubs of the world, and the art of French cuisine is epitomised onboard Air France.
The menus created by sterling chefs alternate depending on the flight. You can expect to eat meals from renowned names like Arnaud Lallement (owner of L'Assiette Champenoise which obtained its third Michelin star in 2014), Michel Roth (two Michelin star awards), Mauro Colagreco (Argentine chef at the three Michelin stars Mirazur in Menton, France) and more.
The wine and champagne list is from a diverse array of the best French vineyards. It’s curated by sommelier Paolo Basso, who was named best sommelier in the world in 2013.

AIR FRANCE ARE REDUCING EMISSIONS BY 30%
Meal time aboard Air France is plastic-free with cardboard cups and cellulose and sugarcane trays. All flights departing from Paris serve 100% French meat, dairy, and egg products, as well as fish from sustainable farming.
The airline’s 2023 planet-friendly goals include renewing their fleet with 30% new-generation aircraft and practising ecopiloting.
They also use new fuel sources like Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), a non-fossil fuel that reduces CO₂ emissions by at least 75%.
By 2030, the airline aims to cut carbon emissions by 30%, so your trip will have a lighter carbon footprint.
