Everyone could use a midweek adventure filled with dangling fairy lights, good food and a friendly atmosphere. The Earth Fair Food and Shopping Market is just the place to add to your Wednesday night plans and perfect as your next date night spot.
WEDNESDAY NIGHTS ARE ALL ABOUT THE FOOD
Since there is so much delicious food to try, it's best to get a little bit of everything. Browse the stalls, and you'll be blown away by the choices: from salads to ribs and everything in between. Indulge in a spicy samosa(or three) from Masala Café. Tuck into a warm slice of freshly baked bread from The Bread Baker Extraordinaire and top it off with a slather of homemade jam, cheese or honey from Chaz Cheese. You could also treat your pooch to a chew toy or bone from Manic Organic.
WEDNESDAY EVENINGS AND SATURDAY MORNINGS
The Earth Fair Food and Shopping Market is open from 4-9pm every Wednesday. It's a perfect mid-week outing. With it's dangling fairy lights and cosy interior, it's great for a romantic date no matter the weather. The market is also open on Saturday mornings from 9am to 2pm.
HAVE DATE NIGHT AT HOME
If you'd prefer to stay inside, the Earth Fair Food and Shopping Market also offers takeaways for collection. The falafel pita from Vegan Nosh with hummus and salad is a crowd favourite. Ubon Thai also serves up an authentic Thai menu with Phad Thai noodles, Phad Ki Mao noodles and a dish they like to call the Firecracker. All orders are processed on Wednesdays so make sure you get yours in on time via earthfairmarket.co.za.
