Cape Town Festival's night vision set to transform city centre into Arts Playground

The Cape Town Festival's flagship event Night Vision, set to transform the city centre on 10 March 2006.

As day turns to night on Friday, 10 March the Cape Town Festival's flagship event, Night Vision, centred in Cape Town's Long Street, will transform the inner-city into a multi-faceted, multi-dimensional late night street-art party.

Now in its seventh year, this event is the largest of its kind in the country, and sees over 30 000 partygoers descending on the CBD for the Mother of all street parties.

Kicking off at 18h00 the party grooves until the early hours of the morning. Slip on your party shoes and witness the theatre of life in full swing as surrounding art galleries and quaint venues come alive to the sounds and sight of cutting-edge art and live entertainment in a myriad forms explodes on six stages, and other impromptu platforms dotted throughout the city centre.
