Experience Foraging And Farm-Fresh Food At This Boschendal Collaboration Dinner

Join these top SA chefs and a Swedish wild food expert for a foraging culinary experience at The Werf Restaurant in Franschhoek

A guided tour, a flow of forage-touched cuisine and infused drinks made with ingredients sourced right here in the Franschhoek valley, join chefs and experts at the first Collaboration Dinner on Saturday 28 July at The Werf Restaurant at Boschendal Wine Farm.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The Foraging themed evening will be hosted by Swedish forager, herbalist and wild food expert, Lisen Sundgren joined by Chris Erasmus and Christiaan Campbell, two of South Africa’s top chefs. It will begin with a guided tour through The Werf Food Garden and will follow with forage touched courses and drink infusions which will highlight the ingredients from the Boschendal Farm and the greater Franschhoek valley.

There are limited reservations available so be certain to reserve your spot.
