The Big 5 Comedy Show is bringing its hilarious tour to the Mother City, for one night only, on 2 November 2019. Watch class-A comedians leave no sacred cows untipped or turned as they give audience members an abdominal training session that'll leave them in stitches for weeks.

This isn't your run-of-the-mill comedy show. It's a full-fledged theatre production with lights, transitions, and a side-show by award-winning deejay, DJ Ready D. The comedians have an impressive collective resume too, most of them having appeared on local and international television shows, starred in movies, or performed comedy in sold-out arenas and festivals.


MEET YOUR ENTERTAINERS
After last year's show sold out, The Big 5 Comedy Show is back for another round in Cape Town, bringing the comedic antics of Stuart Taylor, John Vlismas, Jason Goliath, Schalk Bezuidenhout, and Tumi Morake onto one stage. To say it’s an impressive line-up is an understatement. In 2013, Morake took her one-woman show to the Edinburgh Festival in Scotland, and she was also the first woman to host Comedy Central Presents on African soil. Taylor is the founder of Taylor Made Productions, a company that produces live entertainment, comedic online content, and television shows. Bezuidenhout won the Golden Horn Award for Best Supporting Actor in 2018 after starring in the Kyknet TV series, Hotel. He also featured in the 2018 film "Kanarie" and 2016 short film "Beloofde Land". Jason Goliath co-owns the heavyweight Goliath&Goliath brand, along with members of his family.
