It's summertime, and living is easy...well sometimes it isn't as food-tastic as we would hope especially when the Mother City is cooking as it does this time of year. While it's so hot we love to indulge in a creamy sorbet or licking a melting ice cream while walking on the beach, but we also want to keep those summer bodies - or in our case, get those summer bodies. We have found some beautiful meals shared with us on Instagram that are light and delicious - perfect for a satisfying and healthy alternative.
