An innovative 42-storey addition to the Mother City skyline
According to FWJK Developments website, a brand new skyscraper is in the pipeline to be built on the north-west corner of Strand and Adderley Street (across the road from Cape Town Central Station and Adderley Street’s MyCiti Bus Station). Comprising 42 storeys, the new innovative structure will officially become the “tallest building in Cape Town”. This title is currently held by the city’s Portside Tower, which is 32 storeys high.

Titled “Zero2ONE” tower (or “Exchange Place”), the space has a large residential component attached to it and will comprise 624 apartments, 760 parking bays, a viewing deck with 360 degree views open to the public as well as 6000 square metres of retail space.

FWJK Developments
FWJK initiated a venture into property development in 2000 and has since then undertaken commercial office, industrial, retail, medical centers and mixed use developments across the country.
Other completed Mother City FWJK projects include Touchstone House (situated on the corner of Bree and Mechau Street) and KMPG Place (located on the corner of Christiaan Barnard Street and Martin Hammerschlag Way).
