Summer and beach parties get on like a house on fire, so what better way to get into the festive swing of things than at a beach party at the magnificent Maidens Cove? This party is set to rock the shores on Saturday, 11 November 2017 with the hottest lineup of house music.

Is there a better way to spend a summer Saturday than sipping on cocktails with soft sand run through your toes and awesome music reverberating around you? No, we didn’t think so! So come dressed in your beachwear and be prepared to dance the night away at the First Annual Beach Party. On the music lineup for the event is Sun El Musician with the hit single “Akanamali”, alongside Naak Musiq, DJ Bongs and the legendary Fistaz Mixwell.

DJ War, one of the names behind this soiree, shared some insights into what it takes to select the entertainment for an event like this. He explains that they looked at who the artist is and what they have done in their musical careers, and whether their style would be the right fit for a beach party. There are a number of new artists featuring on the lineup, as well as some well-known names on the South African house music scene. Get ready to enjoy good music and a great vibe at this beach party.

Since alcohol is not permitted on our beaches, partygoers will not be able to bring their own drinks but not to worry because there will be a fully stocked bar at the event.

And since there will be drinking, there should be no driving, which is why the First Annual Beach Party has partnered with Taxify to sponsor first-time users a free ride from the venue, while existing users get 75% off their rides. General tickets to The First Annual Beach Party are R150/p, while  VIP tickets cost  R350/p, and both are available at Computicket. VIP ticket holders can look forward to a lounge area, as well as a separate bar. General admission ticket holders are welcome to bring their own chairs and set up camp wherever they like.
