ON YOUR MARKS, GET SET, BAKE!
You’ll learn how to prepare three bready bakes. Be prepared to master the art of baking a loaf of white bread, find out what makes burger buns so fluffy,  perfect the colour on your bagel and finally discover what a Berliner is... hint: it’s a delicious German pastry similar to a doughnut. 

GET YOUR HANDS DIRTY
This is a hands-on interactive class led by Loaves by Madame baker Ciska Rossouw. She’ll teach you everything from how to make dough from scratch, how long it should rest, how to shape it and the best way to bake it. 

PREP THE KITCHEN
For bakers interested in the class you can email Loaves by Madame baker directly with your details. After payment, you will receive the class details and Zoom link along with recipes and an ingredients list so that you can be prepared for the baking masterclass.
