Sundowners In The Winelands This Summer

Kick back and start your weekend with a Friday afternoon sundowner session at Avondale Wines in Paarl – food platters by Faber, music and more

End the week with exceptional wines at a beautiful venue. Every Friday afternoon until 29 March 2019, you’re invited to the Avondale Garden Bar for a refreshing drinks evening in the scenic setting of the Klein Drakenstein Mountains.

ORGANIC A LA CARTE
To go with your wine, tuck into platters (perfect for sharing at R250 per platter) prepared by chef Dale Stevens from the in-house Faber Restaurant, which uses organic produce from its biodynamic garden.

MORE THAN A WINE FARM
If you’re not the biggest vino drinker, there’ll be classic gin and tonics, other spirits and specialist beers on offer too. All of this while enjoying vibey music and a relaxed atmosphere from 4pm until 7pm.

TEAM BUILDER OR FAMILY GET-TOGETHER
