Get the kids involved in a programme that keeps them busy, while nurturing creativity and learning with the ART (All Round Training in Excellence) programme from Thursday 12 July, to Sunday 15 July 2018 at Art of Living in Milnerton.

This fun workshop designed for kids aged 8 to 13 is an interactive experience created to assist children in handling stress and developing independent minds in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Kids will take part in simple exercises and exciting games that encourage imagination and build creative skills while learning together.

The workshop encourages and helps kids to make friends, improve communication, overcome shyness, develop non-vital academic skills and much more.
