Want free tickets to Cape Town’s mega New Year’s Eve party? Held in Joburg for the past 23 years, H2O NYE will be happening for the first time in Cape Town this year. Enjoy electronic and techno acts and a beach stage at The Ostrich (an amazing new events space, thanks to a recent makeover). Plus, there’s a R12 000 giveaway.

ENJOY A COMPLETELY REVAMPED VENUE 

The usual festival experience involves dirty feet and stinky toilets. Not at the Ostrich Ranch. The events space has had a full makeover and is now known as The Ostrich Cape Town. This brand new venue is here to make your partying more enjoyable – 55 flushing toilets have been installed (no more smelly plastic porta potties baking in the sun) as well as a "beach" area with sand, hammocks and day beds.

With various bar areas, a VIP terrace and Dome area, the venue provides the ultimate open air day-club setting where you can celebrate under the sun and under the stars. H2O NYE is a day to night event: start your party early with an afternoon at Ostrich Beach, then go into full party mode at sunset.

DANCE TO INTERNATIONAL ARTIST AND SA’s TOP ACTS

There’s two stages: the main stage will be playing EDM, while the beach stage will be for techno-heads. Internationally-renowned Juicy M, known for her high-energy mixes, will be headlining the show and playing the countdown set. Famous local artists will also be performing, like Kyle Kassim, Max Hurrell and Jordan Arts, as well as local favourites Mia, Minx, Dean Fuel and Gremlin.
