The seventh restaurant under his name, this restaurant is serving up Jardine’s signature beef with bearnaise and souffle
WHY SEVEN?
Award-winning chef George Jardine has recently opened a modern, contemporary dining, everyday eatery that upholds the very same great food and consistency values that his other restaurants are known and loved for. Situated at shop number seven, Drama Street, Somerset West, this eatery, appropriately named Restaurant Seven, marks the seventh restaurant opened under his name.

DISHES INSPIRED BY THE PRODUCE
Chef Jardine’s style of dishes is characterised by food that is simple, yet full of hearty flavour. Drawing inspiration from seasonal locally-sourced fresh produce and meat products, Chef Jardine uses these as the building blocks of his tasty food.

WHAT’S ON THE MENU?
The menu is small and seasonal and serves up George Jardine’s signature dishes such as the beef with bearnaise and souffle. Other specialities on the menu include George’s brioche toast with bone marrow, mushroom duxelles and watercress or braised pressed and crumbed pork, cauliflower garlic puree, Caesar kale and poached pear.

Restaurant Seven aims to accommodate your food allergies where possible, so nobody’s left out of this culinary experience. The menu also changes regularly, so meals are always exciting and innovative at Restaurant Seven.
