Stargazing and Game Viewing at Ko-Ka Tsara Game Reserve

Ko-Ka Tsara Private Game Reserve is situated along the Garden Route and offers activities ranging from game viewing to stargazing


Ko-Ka Tsara Game Reserve is situated in the Great Karoo's Nuweveld Mountains, 456 km from Cape Town and 8km outside Beaufort West.

This private game reserve is 30 000 acres big and home to a variety of game - including giraffes, kudus, gemsbucks, wildebeests, elands, red hartebeests, aardwolves, klipspringers, impalas and bushbucks. The game reserve is also home to over 200 different birds species.

Ko-Ka Tsara also offers some of the best stargazing in South Africa. Falling stars are regularly spotted here.
