1. This competition is run by ARCH HOTEL GROUP (PTY) LTD t/a AC Hotel by Marriott Cape Town Waterfront and by participating in this competition, you agree to these terms and conditions. 

2. The competition will run from the 25 September 2019 until 30 September 2019.

4. The competition is open to all legal residents and citizens of South Africa and entrants must be 18 years or older.

5. If you are lucky enough to be an employee, director, member, partner, or agent of or consultant to AC Hotel by Marriott Cape Town Waterfront or if you are a spouse, life partner, immediate member or business partner of such a person, you are not eligible to enter this competition.

7. One winner will be selected from all qualifying participants for the prizes. AC Hotel by Marriott Cape Town Waterfront will announce the winners via Facebook. The winners will be contacted via e-mail or telephonically. If we cannot get hold of you within 1 week of the announcement, you will forfeit your prize.

8. All eligible entries received will be entered into the competition. Winners will be contacted by email.

REDEEMING VOUCHERS 

9. Accommodation voucher: voucher entitles you to one night’s complimentary accommodation for two people sharing, including breakfast at The AC Hotel by Marriott Cape Town.  Accommodation is subject to availability. This voucher is valid for the period stated and is not extendable. All meals and extra charges are payable in cash, or by credit card upon departure from the hotel. The issue of this voucher does not imply or confer any credit facilities with the hotel. This voucher is not exchangeable for cash or any other service provided by the hotel. Any extension of stay will be at the standard rates charged by the hotel. This voucher may not be included in any existing hotel package or special offer. Transport to and from the hotel shall be the entire responsibility of the voucher holder. The AC Hotel by Marriott Cape Town reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any voucher if, in their opinion, it is subject to misuse of any description. Please note: school holidays, public holidays and long weekends are specifically excluded. This voucher is not transferable and may not be sold. Voucher must be redeemed by contacting the hotel directly. Bookings are essential.

10. Food and beverage voucher: voucher entitles you to uniquely curated food and beverage experience at the AC Hotel by Marriott Cape Town to the value displayed. This is subject to availability. This voucher is valid for the period stated and is not extendable. All meals and extra charges are payable in cash, or by credit card upon departure from the hotel. The issue of this voucher does not imply or confer any credit facilities with the hotel. This voucher is not exchangeable for cash or any other service provided by the hotel. Any additional chargers over and above the specified amount will be on the voucher holders own account. This voucher may not be included in any existing hotel package or special offer. Transport to and from the hotel shall be the entire responsibility of the voucher holder.
