A space dedicated to creative and healing energies in Cape Town
It is rare to find an establishment whose main focus lies in soul rejuvenation - and that is exactly what you can expect from this tranquil space. Owners Conrad and Sanet provide guests with a photographic studio, a coffee shop, and the ability to connect your mind and body through activities such as yoga and arts and crafts. ,
Coming from a corporate background, both Conrad and Sanet have cultivated their work and dreams into many facets of the Soul. There is a sewing centre which has rental workspace with machines, sewing CMT and alterations as well as material and product sales.
The Soul Studio is one of our favourites, as any visitor is able to rent the studio as it houses photography and photoshop workshops. Lastly there are stunning community and outreach project which you can get involved with as well as performance and talk venues which are great for future soulful interactions.

We love the focus on soulful interactions, and of course the coffee!
Tip: Take a friend along to experience some of what Soul has to offer.
Note: Give them a call for more information on the classes, workshops and rentals offered.
Opening Times: Tuesday - Friday: 9pm - 4pm; Saturday: 9pm - 3pm
