New at 15 on Orange: Restaurant With No Name (Yet)

New in the old Savour space: An iconic building. Completely renovated. Great views of Table Mountain. So fresh that the restaurant doesn’t have a name yet ...

All-day breakfast. A Bali-inspired new signature cocktail. And Thai prawn curry bowls so good they sold out on opening night. There’s a new restaurant in the old Savour space at the five-star 15 on Orange Hotel, Autograph Collection. And it's too fresh to have a name yet.

The dining area has been completely re-done. Gone are the closed, dark spaces of Savour's old private dining areas. It's still five-star, but they've knocked out some walls and opened up the space with large ceiling-to-floor glass with spectacular views of Table Mountain and the city.

WHAT’S ON THE MENU?
For your 24/7 lifestyle, you can order the most important meal of the day, breakfast, all day. The open kitchen allows you to watch your eggs being prepared to perfection at the egg station. Fill up at the buffet station right opposite the kitchen or order from the dinner menu.

The most popular dish is so on-trend that it has its own section on the menu. It seems bowls are the new tapas based on the fact that the restaurant ran out of bowls at the launch on 28 October 2018. Try the Green Thai Chicken and Prawn Curry Bowl or the Teriyaki Salmon Poke Bowl for an explosion of Asian-inspired flavours. There are plenty of vegetarian options, all clearly labelled on the menu.

Choose from the extensive drinks menu, but you must try the sublime Frozen Coconut Mojito, inspired by the tastes of Bali, for a summery kick.

NEW AT 15 ON ORANGE
There’s a new pool area with a deck and pool bar overlooking the street where you'll be able to lounge and sip cocktails.

The hotel has been completely renovated. Discover 15 on Orange Hotel, Autograph Collection.
