We teamed up with the folks at OmniBlend blenders HQ to bring you this tasty and simple dish
Last Update 5 June 2017
Few things are more satisfying than tucking into a bowl of delicious and hearty soup. Not to mention, a tasty broth is usually chock-full of essential vitamins and minerals to ward off winter colds.
Furthermore, soup is fairly simple to execute, and it just got a whole easier thanks to the OmniBlend blender, which boasts a three horsepower motor and easy-to-use interface. The nifty device is powerful enough to blitz nuts, ice, vegetables and any other ingredient you can imagine.

We have collaborated with the folks over at the OmniBlend headquarters to bring you a recipe for a quick and easy broccoli and peanut soup. Sounds delicious, right?
EASY BROCCOLI AND PEANUT SOUP RECIPE
Ingredients:

Method:
Place the broccoli, onion and oat/soya milk in a large saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, until softened.
Transfer the mixture to your blender (holding the lid down) and pulverise to a smooth consistency. Add the oil, bouillon powder and peanut butter and season with salt and pepper, and then blend again.
Pop in the cider vinegar and return the soup to the pan and reheat gently. Serve in warm bowls with hot, crusty bread and a sprinkling of essential seed mix. The recipe will be able to serve 4 - Enjoy!
