Shift Your Body Energy At A Free Qigong Class At The Rhodes Memorial
Breathe, stretch, shake… let it go
Treat your body and mind to a holistic experience of a different kind at a free Qigong class at Rhodes Memorial on Sunday, 13 May.
Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice of “body cultivation” that converts body energy and teaches you to master and move energy throughout your body. The aim of the exercise is to increase vitality, clarity, healing and leave you with a deep sense of peace.
Not your ordinary exercise class, Qigong (which is similar to tai chi) focuses on balancing the mind and body. Ultimately your consciousness is transformed and sharpened so you can reach new heights, physically and mentally.
Shift hosted one of their free classes at Fish Hoek Beach last week, and host their Qigong classes at Rhodes Memorial every Sunday.
