The African and contemporary dance classes for teens and adults take place at 11 am and are presented by Theo Ndindwa, iKapa director, international choreographer, artist, producer and adjudicator.

The hip-hop classes are lots of fun – and great exercise – with the teen and adult class presented at 12 pm, while the hip-hop class for children (ages 8 to 12) starts at 1 pm. Hip hip is presented by international, teacher and choreographer Rori Bingham.

Budding ballerinas are invited too with classes presented by Tanya Arshamian, who is an iKapa director, international choreographer, artist, national rhythmic gymnastics judge and coach and Royal Academy of Dancing Ballet Teacher. The pre-primary ballet (ages 4 to 7) is at 9:30 am and baby ballet classes, for ages to 2 to 4, is at 11 am.
