Head to Muizenberg for an easy evening of poetry, live music and comedy at the intimate setting of one of this beachy town’s most popular bars.
It’s called One Love. One Mic and takes place at African Soul Surfer at Surfer’s Circle on 1 April.

THE VIBE
One Love. One Mic offers you the chance to experience live artists on stage with just a microphone, spotlight and the pure talent that they have to share.
It also gives new artists a platform to gain exposure, with this popular venue always providing a decent crowd to appreciate performances.
PERFORMERS AT THE NEXT EVENT
Be moved by the poetry of Naledi ElGoddess, enjoy the beat of live music by singer/songwriter Bill Knight and popular Cape Town band Ben Dey and The Concrete Lions (who have performed on stages like Rocking The Daisies, Oppikoppi and Kirstenbosch Gardens), and laugh along with funnyman Paul Cowan as these local acts come together for a night of entertainment.

LINE-UP TIMES:
7pm–7:10pm: Poetry by Naledi ElGoddess
7:10pm–7:45pm: Bill Knight
7:45pm–8:30pm: Ben Dey and The Concrete Lions (Exclusive Duo Set)
8:30pm–10pm: Comedy hosted by Paul Cowan
WHAT TO EXPECT
