Slurp will be situated in the Simonsplein Center on Plein Street, right next to Minari Korean Kitchen, with Pan-Asian noodles and other Asian dishes.

FROM THE PEOPLE BEHIND MINARI

Minari Korean Kitchen is one of Stellenbosch’s hottest Asian restaurants, with menu items like Korean corn dogs, gimbap (Korean sushi), tteok bokki (rice cakes and boiled eggs in a spicy sauce), and japchae (sweet potato noodles with veg).

Soon, their sister restaurant, Slurp, will be opening up semi-connected to Minari. Expected dishes include Japanese Ramen and Vietnamese Pho.
