- An amusement of red sweet pepper and chilli with iced fino
- (A glass of Semillon included for the next two courses)
Avocado goes Ritzy with crayfish and molecules
Grilled salmon and asparagus with salmon caviar and chive yoghurt sauce - offset with gratinated oysters
- (A glass of red – choice of six different decade old reds – included for the next two courses)
Smoked kudu on beetroot paint with mustard baked apricots - Quail in the spirit of Giving Thanks with foie gras
- Brie and ginger tart with makataan and rare, estate blended Muscat
- Summer berries and cherries, architecturally styled, served with a glass of Red Sparkling Wine
- Coffee with chocolaty little nothings
