Celebrate with Muratie Wine Estate’s bash

Let the kids play while you enjoy wine and blues

Join Muratie Wine Estate in Stellenbosch for their annual end-of-year bash, where the soulful Kitchen Jammin’ Blues Band will be performing live on 21 November. Spend the day at their estate, admiring their art gallery, historic buildings and wine tasting.

AN IDYLLIC SETTING WITH HISTORIC BUILDINGS
Muratie Wine Estate has a rich history, built in 1685 by Laurens Campher, the buildings still stand tall today over 300 years later. Take a seat in their beautiful face-brick tasting room and learn about the estate’s history while sipping on delicious fruity wines.

SOULFUL BLUES THAT MATCH THE SETTING PERFECTLY
The Kitchen Jammin’ Blues Band have been performing together for over 20 years and have perfected the jazzy blues genre that fits Muratie Wine Estate’s historic atmosphere so well. They play every year at the end-of-year bash and are a crowd favorite that never disappoints.

SPEND THE WHOLE DAY AT MURATIE WINE ESTATE
Muratie Wine Estate is also home to an art gallery, offers wine tastings and tours, plus it has a farm kitchen and accommodation. Their farm kitchen offers charcuterie cheese platters, bobotie samosas, springbok carpaccio and Norwegian salmon. There are charming Victorian-style guest cottages available to book for as many nights as you’d like. Spend the weekend strolling through the oak-covered winelands soaking up the natural beauty of the Western Cape’s countryside.
