Spring is upon us and the Lourensford Market is celebrating by reopening their charming Twilight Market. Bring the family along to Lourensford Wine Estate in Somerset West on Friday, 1 September 2017 to enjoy live entertainment, delightful treats and bespoke arts and crafts.
The Twilight Market will have more than 70 vendors selling top quality goods in a scenic Cape Winelands setting. Look forward to the likes of Antipasto, Ghenwa’s Lebanese Cooking Club, Persian Emporium, the Magnificent Barista Boys and many others.

Try a gourmet dish or a mouth-watering dessert, and quench your thirst with a craft beer or a glass of wine from the cellar at Lourensford Wine Estate. If you love to support start-up businesses, visit some of the stalls where you can purchase affordable artisanal goods like natural health products, hand-woven pillowcases, quirky plant holders and homemade jewellery – or simply indulge in the creations of the lesser-known local food and coffee producers.
What’s more. the venue has a wonderful area for the kids filled with fun activities to keep them entertained while their parents do some shopping, eating and drinking. Lourensford Wine Estate is also dog-friendly so you’re welcome to bring your pooch along as long as they are on a leash.

From the day of reopening until the end of the season (May 2018), Lourensford’s Twilight Market will be open every Friday evening from 5pm to 9pm, while the daytime market happens every Sunday from 10am to 3pm. Since the market area is covered with a rooftop, you can spend hours shopping there on rainy days or in the hot summer weather. The estate has plenty of parking, as well as wheelchair access to ensure that everyone can enjoy what the market has to offer.
