FABER at Avondale Wine Estate

A fine dining establishment in Paarl

In line with Avondale’s well-established ethos of premium, award-winning South African wines which are produced organically and biodynamically comes FABER. A sustainability-driven eatery which focuses on supporting low carbon, free range, and organic producers.

Foodies can look forward to award-winning Chef Eric Bulpitt’s inspirational flavouring and combinations. The dishes served won’t be the only thing you fall in love with here, because this Old Cape-style building will lead you to magnificent views of the garden, vineyards and the valley. The menu offers guests a refined dining experience because you are given a set menu of  two, three, or seven courses. The dishes are seasonal to serve the freshest final products to hungry patrons.

If you're looking for a place that will host you for a special occasion, look no further than this welcoming and authentic atmosphere. You are bound to have a fantastic evening celebrating the heritage and modernity that is blended into the food, wine and people of FABER.

We love the focus on organic and free range ingredients! It provides such a wholesome meals for guest.
