Enjoy a traditional Christmas Lunch, comprising of a gourmet buffet starter, a ’ la carte main course menu options and desert.

The Westin Executive Club commands spectacular 360 degree views of the Mother City, harbour and Table Mountain.

Cold tapas will be served before the starters, starters and desserts will have the buffet option and you will have a choice between 3 courses for the main course.

Starters:

Freshly baked rolls and Oysters’ naturelle with condiments
And:
Duck prociutto and grilled asparagus involtini with masala sabayon
And:
Saffron poached new potato with smoked salmon rillete and caper popcorn

Salads

Rissoni with hot and sour dressing, mushroom and shrimp
And:
Moroccon quinoa with chermoula, honey glazed butternut, apricots, and chilli salted pumpkin seeds, citrus lubne
And:
Mange tout, broccoli and corn salad in lemon, mint and olive oil with smoked tofu and sprouts

Main Course

Beef tenderloin with hamhock tortellini, pea puree, potato and summer vegetable napoleon, Albufera sauce
Or:
Roast Turkey supreme with pistachio, cranberry and duck stuffing, honey comb and all spice butter, creamed leeks, pomme paliason and turkey jus
Or:
Ricotta cannelloni, sage, gem squash, almond cluster

Desserts

Individual Christmas pudding with Brandy Custard
And:
Apple, Brandied Raisin and pannetone bread pudding with cinnamon Cream
And:
Egg nog brulé with crisp Christmas wonton
