2006-2007:
The Roosevelt is hosting a spectacular New Years Eve party on Sunday the 31st of December starting at 8pm and finishing at 4am in the morning.
The New Year's Eve theme at the Roosevelt Club will be La Vie en Rose, and presents an evening of elegance, romance and a touch of nostalgia. We will be serving a delicious selection of canape s, fresh seasonal fruit and a Lindt chocolate fountain.
Live performances featuring percussion artist Joseph and saxophonist Charlie with Roosevelt resident DJ's Ivan, Pierre Etienne and Dario on the 1st floor as well as Didier Moestas and Richard Marshall on the ground floor are bound to enthrall. Molo Says: "The following New Year celebrations in Cape Town are only the tip of the New Year's Iceberg in the Mother City: Welcome 2007 at the New Year's Party at Opium in Cape Town's De Waterkant, or on the Hemisphere's 31st floor at Hemisphere, hawaiin style."
"Further more New Year's Eve in Cape Town is celebrated at the V&A Waterfront and a special event is taking place on New Year's Eve at Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. As stated: just tip of the iceberg."
