That’s right, the smooth-talkers from 3 Blind Mice and Moko Java are bringing you the sexy 70s-themed pop-up jol The Hussle to beat those lingering winter blues. This super swag shindig will go down on Saturday, 16 August 2014 at an undisclosed location in Cape Town as the first in a series of jols set to turn the Mother City and Jozi upside down and inside out.

Drawing inspiration from the 2013 feature film American Hustle, this exclusive event invites party-goers to dress up for a night of glitz, glamour, grace and good tunes at a venue that’s said to embody the old-world charm of the mansions that British architect Herbert Baker was so famous for (the location will be disclosed via SMS prior to the party).

THE COMPLETE PACKAGE: This elite get-together ticks all the right boxes, and if you’re on the hunt for a unique and very sexy night out with a more mature and stylish crowd, then this not-to-be-missed event is just the thing for you. With everything from live jazz music to smoking lounges and so much more, The Hussle party is an escape into a bygone era that’s jam-packed with bells, whistles and gold glitter.

UBER SEXY BEATS: Perfect for those looking to boogie on the dance floor to some classic disco funk and great vibey tunes (read: not trance or techno), the decadent affair features a killer line-up of DJs and live entertainment in an upmarket setting. Word on the street is that the bill will include the likes of MoFunk party residents Mr. Mo and the incomparable Nick Birkby, who are well known for dropping sick tunes and basslines.

SUPER SWANKY SECRET LOCATION: While mum’s the word on where the party will be, we’ve been told that revelers can expect an epic four-floored venue that oozes sex appeal and class. Bedecked with opulent décor, winding staircases and handpicked vintage furniture, this undisclosed locale is home to two dance floors, a fully stocked (smoking) bar and lounge, two VIP chill areas and a change room for the ladies.
