Starlight Classics Concert
Join us for an evening of light classics, with a touch of jazz
Capetonians will once again be able to experience the magic of the annual Starlight Classics Concert hosted by Rand Merchant Bank, on the historic Vergelegen Wine Farm in Somerset West, on Friday 20 March at 19:30 and Saturday 21 March at 19:00.
All musical tastes will be catered for and the concert will also feature the FNB Twenty Tenors, Bronwyn Forbay, young award winning South African soprano, one of our most-loved Opera divas, the flamboyant, Zanne Stapelberg and classical guitarist, James Grace.
This star-studded line-up including Judith Sephuma will be accompanied by the Cape Philharmonic Orchestra under the energetic baton of Richard Cock.
Tickets for Friday night’s concert are R120.00 for adults and R100.00 for pensioners and children. Saturday night’s concert prices are R130.00 for adults and R110.00 for pensioners and children.
The ticket price charged for Saturday night’s concert, secures a “rain check” option for Sunday 22 March, weather permitting. There is no “rain check” option for Friday night.
Gates open at 16:00 and patrons are advised to arrive early to avoid traffic congestion and to enjoy the magnificent gardens at Vergelegen. Secure Parking is available at no additional charge.
