South Africa's premiere wine festival once again brings South Africa's best wines to Cape Town
Since its inception in 2000, WineX – the Rand Merchant Bank Wine Festival – has become the most important public event on the South Africanl wine calendar.
In 2007 the four-day WineX in Johannesburg attracted over 14 000 visitors.
More than 23 000 people visited the RMB shows in 2007 and virtually all of SA’s leading wineries attend WineX.
Cape Town, in its fifth year, brought over 9 000 wine enthusiasts through the doors in three days.
At a time when foreign shows have become prohibitively expensive, and transactional opportunities limited, RMB WineX offers South Africa’s wine producers a perfect opportunity to present their latest releases to the industry’s largest and most lucrative markets.
