The Bosman Family Vineyard release weekend falls on Heritage Day which is particularly appropriate considering the amount of history that this family and farm holds. As well as the release of the new Bosman wines there will be a gourmet braai to honour the day.

Enjoy a leisurely day of wine-tasting, gourmet food pairings and blues music played by Gerald Clark outside the 250-year-old wine cellar on the stunning Lelienfontein farm. Take a stroll among the various canapé stations and watch the fascinating grafting process which will be on display. The Lelienfontein Vine Nursery is one of the most successful vine nurseries in the Southern Hemisphere and was established in 1888. The sense of history is evident throughout the farm and the eighth generation of Bosmans that live there will happily tell you more.

The wines being released on the day inclue a rosé  made from 30 grape varietals, a maritime climate sauvignon blanc, a maiden Méthode Cap Classique and a highly acclaimed Adama Red blend of shiraz among others.
