Psyology Trance Festival

Stomp the weekend away at this psychedelic trance festival near Tulbagh

Keen for a Valentine’s Day stomp? The crews at PsynOpticz and Teknotribe are bringing the second {psy.ology} Festival back to the Buffalo Drift Lodge on Ruigtevlei Farm in Tulbagh (110km from Cape Town) on Saturday, 13 and Sunday, 14 February 2016.

The festival aims to bring back the psychedelic roots that trance is famous for (and that tranceheads love) and its two-day celebratory jol is all about peace, love, unity and tons of trance.

If you’re looking for a mesmerising line-up, {psy.ology} doesn’t disappoint. Huge international psytrance acts, like Israel’s Faders and Kopel are on the bill. Plus, the supporting local artists include some of the best psytrance DJs that Cape Town and Johannesburg have to offer.

Finally, visitors will be enthralled by the quality sound rig and the eye-catching visuals, which come together in an audio-visual experience to remember.

In short, if you’re keen to escape the madness of the city only to have an insane party in the midst of the wilderness, then this jam is for you.
