New Year's Eve Dinner at the 1800° Grill Room at the Cape Royale

The 1800° Grill Room is not an ordinary steak house but a place where you can experience an innovative way of grilling – the restaurant’s special grill heats up to 1800° Fahrenheit!

Enjoy international cuisine and a selection of more than 100 selected local and international wines in this stylish and sophisticated surrounding.

Their New Year’s Eve Dinner will offer fresh sea food, sinful desserts and, of course, meat, the star attraction of the restaurant.

After the dinner, guests will be escorted to the rooftop pool deck to welcome in 2009 with a glass of bubbly, a DJ and a dance floor.

Amuse Bouche: Oyster Rockefeller with Bloody Mary Cocktail Shooter

Starters: Smoked Peking Duck Soup with Mandarin Pancakes OR Prawn, Salmon & Avocado Tartare Salad with Orange Caviar & Melba Toast

Mains: Grilled Sole Marnier on Crayfish & Feta Brandade served with A Chardonnay & Chervil Velouté  OR 300g Beef Sirloin with A Rossini Sauce, Roast Mediterranean Potato Timbale & Grilled Enoki Mushrooms

Desserts: Fashion Petite Four Platters and White Chocolate Martinis
