Tuscany salad: mozzarella, tomato, avocado on salad greens served with our delectable basil and olive oil dressing, garnished with pesto.

Bouillabaisse: prawns, calamari, fresh mussels and line fish slowly casseroled in a vegetable stock.

Prawn cocktail: Mozambique prawns and Norwegian shrimps ,lightly steamed and served with melon, avocado, pineapple, cucumber, & tomato, on a bed of lettuce in a homemade seafood dressing.

Sushi Platter: chef's selection of salmon , tuna ,white fish , prawn , ura maki inside out rolls, & sashimi served with shredded daikon, wasabi & pickled ginger.
