  Grilled salmon and asparagus with salmon caviar and chive yoghurt sauce - offset with gratinated oysters
  
  
• (A glass of red – choice of six different decade old reds – included for the next two courses)
  
  Smoked kudu on beetroot paint with mustard baked apricots
• Quail in the spirit of Giving Thanks with foie gras
• Brie and ginger tart with makataan and rare, estate blended Muscat
• Summer berries and cherries, architecturally styled, served with a glass of Red Sparkling Wine
• Coffee with chocolaty little nothings
