Guy Buttery is something of a national treasure
Guy Buttery is one of the finest acoustic guitarists to ever emerge from the South Africa music industry.
This April sees Guy in Cape Town for two shows only, before he heads back to KwaZulu-Natal for the prestigious 20th anniversary of Splashy Fen.
Guy will be performing at The Albert Hall in Woodstock again after his previous sold out show there in February with the legendary Shawn Phillips.
Guy Buttery has embarked on a journey that will no doubt lead to his success as an internationally respected solo artist.
With the doors opening up for him in Europe and the UK, it is no surprise that Guy has numerous international tours lined up for 2009 which will coincide with the release of his third and much anticipated album.
