Coreban Summer Series in Muizenberg

Grab your board and paddle, and head to False Bay for this sunny competition

Our beautiful balmy summer days are settling in and with the holidays approaching, our beaches begin to fill up with sun chasers and merrymakers. The pristine weather means perfect conditions for surfing and stand up paddling (SUP), which sees events such as the Coreban Summer Series taking place in Muizenberg and Fish Hoek. This multidisciplinary SUP competition takes place from Saturday, 12 December to Monday, 14 December 2015.

Wave riders will gather to test their skills in a variety of disciplines, from technical and prone to long distance and tandem racing in whatever conditions Mother Nature sets. The wave-riding tournament will be held in Muizenberg this year and the racing events will take place in Fish Hoek.

If you have a board and want to hang ten with like-minded thrill seekers then head out to False Bay for a weekend of chilled out fun in the sun.

Entries to the various competitions differ in price, and you can fill out the entry form online at Topevents.co.za. Entries close on Wednesday, 9 December 2015.

The events are open to people of all ages.
