Welcome in the new year at Simon’s in Groot Constantia, the birthplace of South African wine in the Constantia Valley, with its contemporary décor, it promises to be a cosmopolitan yet relaxing evening.

On Arrival:

Starter:
Roasted tomato and basil soup
Second Course:
Crayfish & kingklip roulade: served on a rocket salad drizzled with saffron and tarragon veloute
Watermelon sorbet
Main:
Baked loin of lamb: topped with chicken mousse and wrapped in puff pastry. Served with a red wine jus, fresh green asparagus, sweet baby carrots and caramelized pearl onions.
Dessert:
- Assiette of chocolate
- Chocolate tarte with coffee ice cream
- Dark Belgium chocolate mousse
