Baba Indaba - "The Baby Show" - is South Africa’s premier "baby expo", or more correctly "baby, toddler and parenting expo", held annually in the cities of Durban, Cape Town, Pretoria and Johannesburg.
This truly South African baby show inspires you, the parents and moms-to-be to enjoy your baby and pregnancy and have fun while being a good parent.
At Baba Indaba you will find everything from prams and baby joggers to vitamin supplements and vaccinations; from nutritional and medical products, toddler music and nursery furniture to pool safety and video cameras.
One of the exhibitors at the Indaba will be Memories 4 Ever, who offer visitors a range of unique and diverse products which can be personalised with captions, photo's and even children's artwork. Products in their range include mugs - ideal canvas for photos, photo tiles, aprons, bibs, snow globes and much much more!
In fact, everyone with an interest in babies, children and parenting will find something new and exciting at Baba Indaba. You will view and experience everything that you could possibly want for bumps, babies and toddlers; all under one roof.
The Baby and Toddler Entertainment Area is unsurpassed and provides endless entertainment, with thrice daily shows with the real Takalani Sesame characters , who will be on stage with their shows. Other favourite cartoon characters will also be around to amuse and entertain the kids.
Fashion shows for maternity wear and baby clothing provide further entertainment while a huge variety of baby goods, baby products, nursery furnishings, prams, nutritional and medical products satisfy the retail demand.
Attending a Baba Indaba baby expo will be a rewarding experience for both visitors and exhibit.
Other great things to expect:
Red Cross Children's Hospital Trust will receive 5% of income from ticket sales and Capetonians are challenged to beat the amount raised at the Johannesburg Show.
